Yes. The core TOP Purpose Check™ is offered as a complimentary starting point. Personalized interpretation, guided development and participation in TOP90 are part of the paid experience.
No. TOP90 is a guided, paid development journey. A participant may pay directly, receive funding from an organization or be considered for a partner-supported place.
Investment details are provided before enrolment. TOP is currently refining its founding participant and organizational pathways. Every participant will see the applicable investment and terms before making a commitment.
Payment-plan availability may vary by cohort and will be confirmed during enrolment.
Supported places are funded fully or partially by TOP partners. Availability depends on secured funding, programme capacity and the requirements of the sponsoring partner. Requesting consideration does not guarantee a place.
Yes. Employers and other organizations may fund individual participation or sponsor multiple participants. TOP can provide programme information to support an internal funding request.
No. A supported place provides access to the same core TOP90 participant experience unless a sponsoring organization has commissioned a specifically designed cohort.
