TOP brings together people from different backgrounds, sectors and locations. Participants must engage with integrity and respect.
Harassment, discrimination, misuse of the community or conduct that compromises the safety or experience of others will not be accepted. TOP may suspend or end participation where necessary.
Programmes and Opportunities
Programme content, schedules, facilitators and opportunities may change when reasonably required.
TOP may introduce participants to people, organizations, resources or opportunities. However, participation does not guarantee employment, funding, business growth, partnerships, income or any specific result.
Fees and Cancellations
Where fees apply, payment and cancellation terms will be provided before registration. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once a programme or service has begun.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Participants may encounter personal, professional or commercially sensitive information. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others.
TOP will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
TOP’s frameworks, assessments, programme materials, content and resources remain the intellectual property of TOP Network™ or their respective owners.
Materials are provided for your personal or internal professional use and may not be copied, sold, published or distributed without written permission.
Professional Responsibility
TOP provides education, facilitation, connections and developmental support. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological or other regulated professional advice.
You remain responsible for evaluating opportunities and obtaining independent advice where appropriate.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, TOP is not responsible for indirect losses or for the actions, advice, services or representations of other participants, partners or third parties.
