I have spent much of my career working with people, organizations and institutions to move from where they are to where they need to be. Across very different environments, I have seen the same paradox: there is no shortage of potential, but potential alone does not create progress.

There are talented people with ideas they have never acted on. People with considerable experience who are uncertain about what comes next. People who know where they want to go but do not have access to the right relationships, resources, or opportunities. Yet there are organizations with programmes, expertise and opportunities that could make a meaningful difference, if only they reached the right people at the right time.

I created TOP Network™ because I believe we can do a better job of connecting these pieces.

For me, purpose is more than discovering what you are called or equipped to do. It requires developing the capability to do it, gaining access to opportunities that allow you to use what you carry, and having the courage and discipline to act. TOP was created to help make that journey more intentional.

Heidi McLaughlin’s passion is to empower women to embrace their full potential and become unstoppable in overcoming life’s difficulties. Heidi uses Biblical truths and personal applications to help you walk out your calling. She will make you laugh or make you cry, but you will know you have lovingly been challenged to your highest purpose.

Heidi brings her passion for helping others to live beyond themselves and impact others according to their calling.

Rose-Ann Myrie is an accomplished technology and transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience across government, higher education, banking, retail and hospitality. Originally from Jamaica, she rebuilt her professional career in Canada, an experience that shaped her commitment to mentorship, resilience and supporting skilled immigrants as they pursue meaningful professional pathways. Her calm, people-centered approach reflects her belief in education, purposeful growth and helping others step confidently into their potential.

Rose-Ann will be the Ambassador for the Vancouver Western Canada region.

Annissa Thompson

Annissa Thompson is an accomplished business strategist with expertise in digital transformation, financial technology, enterprise project management and strategic execution. Her experience includes serving as a strategy executive within Jamaica National Group and contributing to regional conversations on business innovation and organizational performance. Annissa brings to TOP a strong commitment to translating ideas into action, strengthening institutional capacity and creating pathways through which people and organizations can achieve meaningful, sustainable impact.

Annissa will be the Ambassador for the Kingston and Metropolitan, Jamaica region.
